Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the woocommerce-bookings domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. Task consumption exceeds the limit mentioned in the task widget. Here’s the issue explained:

I have a Pro plan account where I created 5 teams. I then set up workflows in 3 of those teams and executed them. These workflows were running simultaneously, with each team consuming tasks. The task consumption is collectively updated in the task widget.

After some time, I noticed that the total task consumption exceeded the plan limit of 5,000 tasks. Specifically, I consumed 5,614 tasks, and the widget is now showing “5,614 tasks out of 5,000,” which is incorrect.

According to @Mahavir Nahata, the plan is to later split tasks between teams. For example, if a plan has 10,000 tasks, they will be evenly distributed among 5 teams, and the widget will calculate task consumption collectively. However, at the moment, tasks are not split between teams. Instead, the widget shows the full 5,000 tasks for each team, but task consumption is collectively capped at the account limit.

The current issue is that tasks are still being consumed beyond the account limit. This needs to be reviewed and resolved to ensure that task consumption stops once the collective limit is reached.
